Len began her journey with Silverdale Grooming Company as a Virtual Assistant. She manages appointment bookings, answers calls, and handles much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the salon running smoothly. Len also helps with social media updates and website management, ensuring our clients stay informed and connected.

At home, Len is the proud dog mom of Chinchin, her sweet and obedient senior pup whom she adopted at age 15. Working with Silverdale Grooming Company has deepened her love for animals and expanded her knowledge of pet care.

Len truly enjoys being part of the SGC family. She’s grateful for the supportive team, and for Tami’s guidance—not only in understanding the grooming world, but in learning how to approach challenges with care, professionalism, and heart.
